Setting Up Mail Service with the Junkin Enterprises Mail System

• Open Microsoft Outlook Express
• Select the TOOLS menu
  • Select ACCOUNTS

• Select "Add...Mail"

• Type your name here, doesn't have to be your e-mail address, just your name.

• Type your E-mail address here, youraddress@yourcompany.com.

• E-mail server information here, mail.yourcompany.com

• Username information here,
  • Account name is your full e-mail address.
  • Password

• Click Finish

• With your account highlighted, Click the Properties button.

• Select the SERVERS tab at the top of the properties page
  • Outgoing Mail Server
    • PLACE CHECK MARK IN FRONT OF "My Server requires authentication"
• Click OK

  

   

• Click Close

  

   

• Choose Tools / Options

  

   

• Place a check mark in front of "When starting, go directly to my Inbox folder"

  

   

• Choose the "Security Tab" at the top of the page
  • Remove the Check mark from "Do not allow attachements to be saved or opened..."
• Click OK

   

  

  You are ready to use Outlook Express!
